Cumbria Tourism Awards 2020

The Cumbria Tourism Awards is now open to entries.

The Cumbria Tourism Awards celebrate the best Cumbria has to offer and are now in their 18th year.  Cumbria’s tourism businesses, and the talented individuals behind them, drive a visitor economy worth £3 billion. Their achievements, hard work and dedication are worthy of recognition.

Cumbria offers ever increasing levels of quality and service to our annual visitors, which in 2019 exceeded 48 million, and the Cumbria Tourism Awards recognise those businesses offering excellence and innovation in their product, service, welcome, marketing and sustainable practices.

Winners for many of the categories from the Cumbria Tourism Awards will go on to represent the county at the VisitEngland Awards for Excellence 2021. Wedding Venue of the Year and the Makers and Producers Award are run at a Cumbria level only.

There are 16 award categories which celebrate the huge range and diversity of Cumbria’s tourism industry.
The closing date for entries is 5pm on Monday 17th February.  Please note no extensions will be offered.
