Recognising excellence. Celebrating Lancashire.

The Lancashire Tourism Awards celebrate the people, places and experiences that make Lancashire one of the UK’s most inspiring visitor destinations.

As the largest and only county-wide tourism awards, they represent the pinnacle of achievement in Lancashire. As the only route for Lancashire businesses to enter the VisitEngland Awards for Excellence, they offer a rare opportunity to take that success onto the national stage.

These awards are a moment to pause, recognise and celebrate the hard work, innovation and resilience that define Lancashire’s tourism sector today.  It is a chance to shine a spotlight on those who go above and beyond, supporting local communities and driving the industry forward.

It’s a rewarding journey for applicants; an opportunity to step outside their business and reflect on just how much has been achieved over the past two years. Many categories include a mystery shop or judging visit, alongside valuable feedback at every stage, making the awards a powerful business development tool as well as a source of team pride and motivation.

The experience culminates in a fantastic celebration, with award winners announced at the awards ceremony in February 2027.

Delivered by Marketing Lancashire, the county’s accredited Local Visitor Economy Partnership (LVEP), the awards play a key role in championing excellence and supporting the continued growth of the visitor economy.

This is your opportunity to enter, showcase your success, reward your team, and stand alongside the very best in Lancashire and beyond.

All businesses MUST be based within Lancashire.
