Mercatum Artisan Christmas Market is a truly magical festive event. Over five weeks, more than 200 carefully-curated artisans offer visitors the chance to buy something unique to treasure, and all within the incredible setting of Haddon’s spectacular medieval interiors.

Haddon has a centuries-old connection with craftsmanship, and we are delighted that so many talented makers, many of them local, choose to support Mercatum. It has grown each year to become a much-loved annual event and, with affordable ticket prices and fair rates for our artisans, is accessible to all.

Of course, Mercatum is more than just a market. Haddon is enchanting at Christmas, with twinkling lights, Christmas trees, delicious food and live music – the perfect Christmas experience.
