There are some incredible events that take place in Hull & East Yorkshire. 

For the first time ever, the Remarkable Event of the Year Award will be decided through a combination of independent judging and a public vote.

The public vote will open on Wednesday 23rd September and close at midnight on Wednesday 14th October 2026.

Once the public vote closes, all finalists will be ranked according to the number of votes they have received. The public vote results will then be combined with the independent judge’s scores to determine the overall winner. The winner of the Remarkable Event of the Year will be announced at the 2026 REYTAs ceremony at Bridlington Spa on Wednesday 18th November 2026.
