Northumberland County Show, attracts over 26,000 visitors to the ninety acre site in the grounds of Bywell Hall, near Stocksfield. It is held every year on the Saturday of the last Bank Holiday weekend in May.

For nearly one hundred and seventy years, the ‘Northumberland Show’ has been a much-loved highlight for farmers, equestrians, competitors and the general public. Despite its huge scale, the event operates thanks to an army of volunteers. We have a committee of 40 and a Management Committee of 12 who meet to coordinate their sections and provide information on what will be happening in the year ahead. On show day, every single member of our team gives up his or her time voluntarily.
